Enjoy a specially prepared meal from the comfort of your home while supporting the Agape Clinic. We have partnered with 3015 at Trinity Groves and local chefs Sharon Van Meter and Chris Patrick to provide you with a wonderful selection of food options from a grazing tray to a chef-prepared in-home dinner for ten. If you cannot join us on the 12th, there are flexible sponsorship options available, or we invite you to make a tax-deductible year-end donation. Every donor is invited to attend a contactless drive-through event at Agape December 12th between 2 pm – 5 pm to pick up a goody bag and visit with some of our staff. You will also receive a link to a pre-recorded program, which celebrates Agape’s work this year. The link will remain active, so you can enjoy it on December 12th or watch it at another time of your choosing.

We hope you will report for duty by joining us for this exciting event! Your purchase will directly support medical care for people in need. This year, an estimated 659,000 Texans lost health insurance. Agape provided vital access to primary care for many newly uninsured North Texans. Your donation will help make a difference for patients like these:

Cindy’s allergies were so severe that her eyes were swelling shut every week and the pressure in her ears caused dizziness so intense that she could not stay on her feet during her waitressing shifts. Dr. Barbara Baxter and the Agape Clinic gave Cindy a skin test, allergy shots, and medications free of charge. Now Cindy is feeling much better and can work again!

Although he was only in his mid-thirties, Martin had been diagnosed with diabetes and hypertension. After receiving nutritional counseling at Agape, Martin lost 30 pounds. He no longer needs medication for diabetes and high blood pressure. He has a totally new life path established!

$10,000 Sponsor - Custom Culinary Experience

3015 at Trinity Groves and local chefs Sharon Van Meter and Chris Patrick will create a custom culinary experience for you. Item must be used between January 2, 2021 and December 31, 2021 on a mutually agreed upon date (excludes holidays). Options include:

  • A cooking class at 3015 at Trinity Groves for up to 25 people
  • A mixology class at 3015 at Trinity Groves with dinner for up to 12 people
  • A team building event at 3015 at Trinity Groves for up to 20 people
  • A custom in-home dining experience

$5,000 Sponsor - Dinner for Ten at Home

This in-home dinner will feature a custom menu prepared by a local chef and one waiter. The date of the dinner will be mutually agreed upon by buyer and chefs and must be used between January 2, 2021 and December 31, 2021 (excludes holidays). Meal Includes:

  • Passed appetizers (2)
  • Salad/Soup
  • Entrée
  • Dessert

$3,000 Sponsor - Frontline Worker Lunches

Are you interested in supporting frontline workers by providing them with a delicious lunch? This sponsorship option allows you to select a weekday date to have up to 50 lunches delivered to a hospital or clinic of your choice. Box lunches can be branded for the sponsor and/or Agape.

$1,000 Sponsor - Lunches for Agape Staff

Your sponsorship purchases 15 lunches for Agape staff to be delivered on a weekdend. Boxed lunches can be branded for the sponsor and/or Agape.

$300 Level - Four-Course Heat & Serve Meal for Two

Meals will be available for pick-up from the Agape Clinic on December 12th. Your meal will be prepared by local chefs Sharon Van Meter and Chris Patrick. The heat and serve dinner for two includes:

  • Curried Winter Squash Bisque with Sea Salt Pepitas
  • Entrée (Choose between Oven Roasted Breast of Chicken, Braised Angus Beef Short Ribs with Demi, or Wild Mushroom Wellington)
  • Garlic Whipped Potatoes
  • Crispy Brussels Sprouts
  • Salted Caramel Creme Brulee

$150 Level - Grazing Tray

If you're looking for something a little lighter, enjoy a sweet or savory grazing tray prepared by local chefs. These trays will be available for pick-up from the Agape Clinic on December 12th. Buy one for your family, or as a holiday gift for a friend or colleague.
